Commodities Distribution
Tuesday July 29th
7:30 to 9 a.m.
Unite Free Shelves (inside The Gamers Guild), 200 E. Eighth St.
The free commodities will be distributed to those meeting income requirements on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out.
Future anticipated commodity distribution dates for 2025 are Sept. 23 and Nov. 25.

Back Packs for Kids Registration
Now - July 29
Backpacks contain new school supplies and hygiene kits
The only requirement is the child must live in and attend school in Ellis County.
Students may be enrolled in public school, private school, or be home schooled.
Parents may register their child in one of three ways--by calling (785) 623-2800, or by going to firstcallelliscounty.com and clicking on Backpacks for Kids, or parents may fill out the flyer and return it to First Call, 607 E. 13th.

Messiah Lutheran Church welcomes you as we explore how to grow in a wild world with so many distractions; to learn and grow in remembering that Jesus is a faithful friend that we can always trust...to keep our sight on Jesus, our true north!
We will begin each evening at 5:30 with supper (a menu will be available) and then head off for a fun-filled evening of growing in God's love and word through Music, Games, Crafts and Bible Adventures!! The closing will begin around 7:55 and we will dismiss at 8:10.

The Walk site opens at 9:00 a.m., the Promise Garden Flower Ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. and walking begins immediately following the ceremony.
